Shipping Info

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping can take anywhere between 2-14 days within Canada and 4- 21 days to the USA for your item to arrive. Please refer to shipping estimates when checking out.

Eugenia Lake Candle Co. is a small business and unfortunately we can not absorb shipping costs. If there is a big difference in cost of shipping, we will refund the difference.

If you are able to, it is recommended to order multiple items as the shipping price will be the same up to a certain weight (approximately 7, 7 oz candles ).

We do currently offer free shipping for orders over $100 within Canada.

We do not ship outside of Canada and the US at this time.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
